Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund on any video course, no questions asked. Email bruce.johnson@brucejphotography.com with the email address you used at checkout and your Stripe receipt or transaction ID. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

After 30 days

After 30 days, courses are non-refundable. You keep lifetime access either way — the refund is about giving back your money, not taking the course away. If you run into a technical problem (video won't load, access doesn't work after purchase, etc.) at any time after 30 days, email me and I'll fix it.

Private sessions and workshops

Private tutoring and in-person workshops have their own terms because of the time and travel involved:

• More than 48 hours' notice: full refund or free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: non-refundable.
• I cancel: full refund every time, regardless of notice.

Photo session deposits

Deposits for booked photo sessions are refundable up to 7 days before the shoot. Within 7 days, deposits can be applied to a rescheduled session within 90 days at no extra cost.

How to request a refund

1. Email bruce.johnson@brucejphotography.com with the subject line "Refund request".
2. Include the email used at checkout and the Stripe receipt or order ID.
3. A quick note on what didn't work for you is appreciated but not required — it helps me improve the courses.
4. You'll get a reply within one business day and the refund within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
