Video courses are final sale

Video courses are non-refundable. The moment you buy, the whole course is yours to keep and rewatch for life — there is nothing to give back. Every course has a free preview lesson, so you can hear exactly how I teach before you spend anything.

If something breaks on my end — a video won't load, or your access doesn't work after purchase — email bruce.johnson@brucejphotography.com with the address you used at checkout and I'll fix it. That has no time limit.

Private sessions and lessons

Private tutoring and photo sessions have their own terms because of the time and travel involved:

• More than 48 hours' notice: full refund or free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: non-refundable.
• I cancel: full refund every time, regardless of notice.

Photo session deposits

Deposits for booked photo sessions are refundable up to 7 days before the shoot. Within 7 days, deposits can be applied to a rescheduled session within 90 days at no extra cost.

How to request a refund on a lesson or session

1. Email bruce.johnson@brucejphotography.com with the subject line "Refund request".
2. Include the email used at checkout and the Stripe receipt or order ID.
3. A quick note on what didn't work for you is appreciated but not required.
4. You'll get a reply within one business day and the refund within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
