How much life insurance is actually enough?
- 8 videos
- From one morning at your office
- 2 cuts
- Vertical and horizontal of every video
- 7 days
- Edited delivery, both formats
- $0
- Travel fee within 25 mi of Atherton
What you walk away with
A videographer hands you footage. This hands you a quarter of posts.
Finished videos, not footage
Thirty to ninety seconds each, cut tight, colour graded, audio cleaned. You get files you can post, not a hard drive of takes to sort through.
Scripts your compliance team has already seen
After a 30-minute prep call I write a one-page script per video. If your firm reviews content before it goes out, the scripts go to them first, formatted the way they want. We only film what has been cleared.
Both formats, captions burned in
A vertical cut for Reels, Shorts and TikTok and a horizontal cut for LinkedIn and YouTube, each with captions on the picture. Most people watch with the sound off; the captions are what get read.
A post-ready pack
Caption text for each video, a cover frame, and a suggested order to post them in. Whoever presses publish, you or your assistant, has everything in one folder.
Who books a content day
People who are hired because a client trusts them, and who need that trust to start before the first meeting.
Financial advisors and planners
Answer the questions prospects ask in the first meeting, on camera, before the first meeting.
Life and health insurance agents
Explain the products people put off understanding, in the plain language you already use across the desk.
Real estate agents
Neighbourhood knowledge and market updates, delivered by a face people will recognise at the open house.
Attorneys, CPAs and consultants
The advice you give for free on the phone, packaged once and working for you all year.

Three or four colleagues, one visit
Back-to-back Starter sessions at one office, four finished videos each, one shared prep call for the scripts. The way most offices get everyone on camera without anyone losing a day.
Ask about an Office DayBuilt for firms that review everything
If your compliance team has to approve a script before you can say it on camera, the shoot is the wrong place to find out. So the review happens first.
Prep call
Thirty minutes. We pick the topics together, usually the questions clients ask you most, and settle what you are and are not allowed to say on camera.
Scripts to review
I write a one-page script per video and send them to you as a single document, formatted for your firm's review process. You submit; I revise anything that comes back.
We film what was cleared
The approved scripts are what we film, word for word. Nothing gets improvised in front of the camera, so nothing gets rejected after it's been shot.
How it works
Four steps from booking to a folder of videos you own outright.
Book and pay online
Pick Starter or Content Day. I email within 24 hours to book the prep call.
Prep call and scripts
We choose the topics, I write the scripts, you get them reviewed if your firm requires it.
The shoot
Two hours or a half day at your office. I bring everything. You bring a second shirt.
Edit and deliver
Both cuts of every video, captioned, with the post-ready pack, inside 7 business days. One revision round each.
Frequently asked
What advisors want to know before they book a shoot.
How much does a video content day cost?
Starter is $2,900 for a two-hour shoot and four finished videos. Content Day is $4,900 for a half day and eight finished videos. Both include the prep call, the scripts, a vertical and a horizontal cut of every video with captions, and full usage rights. There is no travel fee within 25 miles of Atherton.
I'm not comfortable on camera. Does that matter?
Almost nobody I film is. You read a script you helped write, at your own pace, straight to camera. We do short takes and keep the good ones. Most people relax by the second video, and the edit takes out every pause and restart.
My firm has to approve anything I post. How does that work?
It is built into the process. The scripts are written before the shoot and sent to you as one document formatted for your review process. You submit them, I revise anything that comes back, and we only film cleared scripts. The finished videos are delivered with the caption text so the whole post can be reviewed as a unit. If your firm requires you to post through its own tool, that is fine; I hand you files and text, you press publish.
What should the videos be about?
The questions you answer every week. What does a fee-only advisor actually do, how much life insurance is enough, what happens to a mortgage rate lock. A prospect who hears you answer their question before they call has already half decided. We pick the list together on the prep call.
Where do we film, and what do I wear?
Your office, in a quiet room with a plain wall or a bookshelf behind you. I bring what it takes to make a normal room look and sound like a studio. Wear what you would wear to meet a client, and bring a second shirt or jacket so the eight videos do not all look like they were shot in one sitting, even though they were.
Do I own the videos?
Yes. Full usage rights are included: your website, social, email, ads, presentations, wherever. There is no licensing fee later.
Can you post them for me?
Scheduling and posting is available as a monthly add-on through my marketing business, Bay Pulse Marketing, and I will walk you through it on the prep call. Some firms only allow agents to post through their own compliance tool, in which case the post-ready pack is set up so publishing takes you a few minutes a week.
How soon can we shoot?
The shoot is usually two to three weeks after booking, because the scripts have to be written and, at most firms, reviewed first. If you have a launch date, say so when you book and I will tell you straight away whether it is achievable.
