Holbrook-Palmer Park

Sharon Park

Downtown Menlo Park

Nealon Park

Burgess Park

Wunderlich Park

Filoli Historic House & Garden

Flood Park

Edgewood Park & Natural Preserve

Stulsaft Park
3737 Farm Hill Blvd, Redwood City, CA 94062 (opens in Google Maps)42 acres of wooded creekside trails, lawns, and a playground in Farm Hill. Shaded and easy with younger kids.
Foothills Nature Preserve
3300 Page Mill Rd, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 (opens in Google Maps)1,400 acres of oak woodland, grassland, and a quiet 7-acre lake, Boronda Lake, at the center. Open meadows and shaded trails make this a versatile spot for family and portrait sessions any time of year.
Some of these parks require a photography permit. I take care of the application; the permit fee is passed through to you at cost.
